7. Training Courses

When you register for our free training, we collect your name, email address and job role and, if you give them, your employer and organisation details. We use this to give you access to the course, record your progress and quiz results, issue your certificate, and contact you about the training and related ThermoPest services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

If you join through your organisation’s team link, your progress, quiz result and certificate are shared with your organisation’s team lead. If you register as an individual, we only share your completion with your employer if you tick the box to agree. Anyone with a certificate number can check that it is valid; they see only your first initial, surname, the course and the date.

We keep training records for 3 years after your last activity so certificates can be checked, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account sooner by contacting us using the details below.
