Bed bugs are our specialist area, not one of many general services. We are a BPCA and NPTA member, and our bed bug heat treatment uses professional heaters with live temperature monitoring to reach adults, nymphs and eggs. How it works
Bed bugs and their eggs die when held above about 50°C for long enough. We heat rooms to 50–60°C and hold that heat until the hardest-to-reach spots stay above 50°C. Our technicians place temperature probes in the places bed bugs favour, such as mattress seams, bed frames, skirting boards and sofa joints, and watch the readings live so no room is left short.
A typical Norwich job might be a Victorian terrace in the Golden Triangle let to students, with bedrooms on each floor and a converted loft room at the top. We plan the heat room by room so every floor reaches temperature, and we give tenants and landlords clear preparation advice before the day.
Most treatments are completed within a day, and you can usually move back in after about 2 hours, unless your technician advises otherwise. Qualifying treatments are covered by our 12-week guarantee. See how our heat treatment works

Local insight
Norwich is a compact cathedral city with a large stock of older housing. Rows of Victorian terraces fill the Golden Triangle between the Unthank and Earlham Roads, while the medieval centre has many old buildings converted into flats, often above shops. Shared walls, linked lofts and communal stairways make it easier for bed bugs to move between neighbouring homes once they arrive.
The University of East Anglia brings thousands of students to the city each year, and many live in shared houses in the Golden Triangle, Earlham and nearby streets. Tenancies change hands every summer, and furniture, mattresses and luggage move with them, which is one of the most common ways bed bugs travel between properties.
Norwich is also the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, so hotels, guest houses and holiday lets in and around the city see a steady flow of visitors. If you notice bites, small blood spots on bedding or dark marks along mattress seams, act early: a small infestation is quicker and less disruptive to treat than one that has spread through a house.

Pricing
Whole-property bed bug heat treatment in Norwich starts from £895. The final price depends on the size and layout of the property, how far the infestation has spread and how much preparation is needed. A shared student house with several let rooms, an older city-centre building with narrow stairs or a flat above a shop takes more planning than a two-bedroom home in Hellesdon or Thorpe St Andrew. Parking and access in the narrow streets of the centre can also affect how we set up, and because we travel out to Norwich, we plan each visit in advance.
We confirm the price after a survey or a detailed conversation about the property, so you know what is included before we start. Qualifying treatments carry our 12-week guarantee. See our bed bug treatment prices for what is included and the full guarantee terms.
Reviews
Unlucky, I found some bed bugs in one of my bed rooms. Luckily, I found James’ contact number, I called him and explained the situation, he gave me very reasonable quotation and guaranteed that he will solve the problem. He came next day giving first treatment and came again after 7 days. After two treatments, the bed bugs were all killed and I never had the same issue again.
I am so pleased with their professional service, and high recommend him to anyone who has the same problem.
Megan

Council pest control services vary and can change, so check with Norwich City Council directly, or with Broadland District Council if you live in Hellesdon or Thorpe St Andrew. Where a council service is limited or not available, a private specialist can plan a whole-property heat treatment. Our guide to council vs private bed bug treatment explains the differences.
It depends on your tenancy and on when the problem started. Landlords are generally responsible for keeping a rented home fit to live in, and tenants should report signs of bed bugs to their landlord or letting agent in writing as soon as they notice them. We work with tenants, landlords and letting agents, and provide treatment paperwork for everyone involved.
Yes. We treat shared student houses in the Golden Triangle, Earlham and other areas popular with UEA students. Bed bugs move easily between bedrooms in a shared house, so we usually recommend treating the whole property, and we give every housemate clear preparation advice before the day.
Yes. Many visitors to the Norfolk Broads stay in and around Norwich, and we treat hotels, guest houses and holiday lets. We arrive in discreet unmarked vans and plan the work around your bookings, so guests and neighbours need not know.
Most treatments are completed within a day, and you can usually move back in after about 2 hours, unless your technician advises otherwise. We travel out to Norwich to treat, so we plan the visit with you in advance. Read more in How Long Does Professional Bed Bug Treatment Take?
